These Simple Activities Can Increase Your Immunity

The immune system is the front line when the body is infested with germs or bacteria that cause disease. When the immune system is weak, the body can easily get sick and get infected. That's the reason, body resistance must always be properly maintained. Especially during the corona virus pandemic like today.

Basically, the body's immune system can be maintained by eating nutritionally balanced foods on a regular basis 

However, that was apparently not enough. Sometimes, your body needs immunity-boosting activities to achieve optimal fitness levels.

 

 

So what we can do to increase our immunity?

1. Sports

Physical activity, such as running, makes antibodies or red blood cells circulate more quickly, so they can detect disease earlier.

Not only that, the brief increase in body temperature during and shortly after this activity can also prevent bacterial growth.

 2. Eat more whole plant foods

Whole plant foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes are rich in nutrients and antioxidants that may give you an upper hand against harmful pathogens.

The antioxidants in these foods help decrease inflammation by combatting unstable compounds called free radicals, which can cause inflammation when they build up in your body in high levels 

3. Do positif things

Positive energy and a good mood are very important in preventing various disease-causing viruses.

Also, pampering and giving yourself pleasure is one way that can be achieved.

There are so many ways to increase your body's immunity by having fun. For example, watching television, relaxing, pursuing a favorite hobby or activity, or taking a vacation for a few days. 

 

That's a simple activity that you can do and practice easily, there are many ways to increase our body's immunity but start with small things first.

most of us plan to do a lot of things but only do it for a short period of time, so that the benefits don't have much impact.
