Tea is one of the favorite drinks of many people. Drinking tea can also be served hot or cold. Its delicious and fresh taste is the reason people drink it when relaxed.  Tea is known to have many good health benefits, especially when served without sugar
 
Just like coffee, drinking tea is a favorite habit of many people. Drinking certain types of tea regularly is also considered to improve body health. Plus, sipping a warm cup of tea can have a soothing relaxing effect. However, consuming too much of something certainly has its own bad effects, including drinking tea.
 
1. Anxiety and Restlessness
Tea does help in boosting your energy levels and perking you up but excessive caffeine intake can take a toll on your mental health and make you feel more anxious, restless and even sleep deprived. 
 
2. Liver damage
Consuming too much fluoride can damage teeth, bones, and joints. Note that the study only tested UK teas, so we may not be able to draw the same conclusions with US tea bags. At the least, it appears that opting for loose leaf tea is the way to go, and to not drink too much tea - keep it to under 4 cups.
 
3. Insomnia
Too much tea can hinder your sleep in every way. Because, the presence of caffeine in time can reduce the sleep cycle. Caffeine interferes with the hormone melatonin, which in turn affects sleep patterns.
 
4. Heartburn and discomfort 
 Sometimes, your favorite cup of tea can make you restless and uncomfortable. This is because the presence of caffeine in tea worsens the formation of acid in the stomach which causes heartburn, bloating and restlessness.
 
5. Reduces nutrient absorption 
The caffeine content in tea can also inhibit digestion and reduce nutrient absorption in the body. In addition, tea also contains substances called tannins. This content can inhibit the absorption of iron from the food we eat.
  

Basically we are not recommended to consume something too much, because there are things that will be bad for the body, including consuming tea. Consumption naturally will bring benefits.
